As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our insurance policyholders./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliMaintain ongoing customer relationships and process client policy changes and payments./liliContribute to sales and onboarding of new clients./liliIncrease client retention through policy reviews and providing exceptional client communication./liliDevelop best practices for client interactions and consistently pursue improvements around the overall client experience./liliProfessionally and responsively address customer complaints and requests, escalating to leadership when necessary./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliHigh School Diploma required; college degree preferred./lili3+ years Commercial or Property Casualty Insurance experience preferred./liliAbility to work on-site in Franklin, WI during our hours of operation; 8:30 am-5:00 pm Mon-Fri./liliSales-related experience a plus./liliWI Property and Casualty license preferred. If not currently licensed, must receive a license within 30 days of hire.
