Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Security Installation Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the installation of various security devices and equipment in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Perform the installation and configuration of home security and smart home technology systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Site Preparation and Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage all inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate records and efficient logistics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of security devices and equipment, as well as smart home technology.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to handle physical workload, including lifting and carrying equipment.
