About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance to HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, including air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, and more.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
  • Active EPA Certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.
