  • Participate in Ongoing Training: Actively participate in ongoing technical training to ensure you have the latest skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the customer's home is adequately protected with the appropriate covering for all work performed.
  • Assist with Job Completion: Assist the installer with completion of all required signatures, related documentation, and collection of outstanding balances from the customer.
  • Collect Installation Metrics: Assist the installer with gathering installation metrics, including static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws.
  • Meet Job Deadlines: Finish all work within the allocated time for the job.
