Social Media Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at McAfee. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring a global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Craft compelling and engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, distribution, and analysis
  • Design and execute influencer marketing programs to build brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Foster and engage with social media communities, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels

Requirements:

  • BA/BS/BBA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of social media management experience with a focus on cybersecurity or technology
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for creativity and engagement
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for social media content optimization and analysis
  • Proven track record in building and executing successful influencer marketing programs
  • Experience with SEO, social media monitoring, listening, and analytics tools
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
