Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller at Mid Oregon Federal Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing financial transactions, and promoting our credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to members in person, over the phone, or through the drive-thru.
  • Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services to members, and make referrals to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash and other financial transactions with precision.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A pleasant and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong keyboarding skills, including 10-key, and accuracy in handling transactions and cash.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of credit union products and services, and the ability to communicate this information effectively to members.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and push a dolly up to 250 pounds.
