Compensation: $22+


POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and exceptional service for residents, guests, and staff within a prestigious residential complex. Acting as a representative of hospitality, this role involves engaging with residents and visitors, while performing daily operational tasks that support the community's activities. The Coordinator will oversee the Front Desk and various common areas, including the Porte Cochere and amenities, while monitoring property activities and reporting any incidents. Regular patrols will be conducted to maintain order and enforce community guidelines, all while maintaining a welcoming demeanor and anticipating residents' needs.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Foster positive relationships with homeowners, residents, and guests, embodying a spirit of hospitality and positivity.
  2. Maintain order and enforce community guidelines for residents, guests, staff, and contractors, ensuring compliance and escalating issues to management as necessary.
  3. Provide attentive service to residents and guests throughout the shift, addressing concerns and service requests promptly.
  4. Greet all residents warmly, using their formal names when known, and engage with children at their level.
  5. Serve as the primary security presence, ensuring that only authorized individuals access the property.
  6. Maintain accurate logs and records relevant to building operations.
  7. Cover various stations during team member breaks to ensure continuous service.
  8. In the lobby, provide attentive service, monitor security cameras, and manage package deliveries for residents.
  9. At the Porte Cochere, direct vehicle traffic and assist with luggage, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  10. Educate visitors on parking options and ensure compliance with property regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience:
    a. Authorization to work in the U.S.
    b. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    c. Minimum of three years in security or a related field.
    d. Experience in a luxury hotel or condominium is preferred.
    e. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  2. Knowledge:
    a. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    b. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.
  3. Education/Training:
    a. High School diploma or equivalent.
    b. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
    c. Required to hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
