Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
- Foster strong working relationships with the Guest Services team and other departments
- Optimize the guest check-in and check-out process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Empower new team members with comprehensive training and support
- Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Hotel and Restaurant Certification preferred
- 2 years combined experience in guest services and supervisory experience in hotels or related professional area
- Basic mathematical skills to operate and prepare calculations for financial reporting
- Effective analytical skills to evaluate reservations and make informed decisions
