Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
  • Foster strong working relationships with the Guest Services team and other departments
  • Optimize the guest check-in and check-out process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Empower new team members with comprehensive training and support
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Hotel and Restaurant Certification preferred
  • 2 years combined experience in guest services and supervisory experience in hotels or related professional area
  • Basic mathematical skills to operate and prepare calculations for financial reporting
  • Effective analytical skills to evaluate reservations and make informed decisions
