Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Optimize the guest check-in and check-out process to ensure accurate and efficient experiences.
  • Empower new team members with comprehensive training and support to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery and sound judgment.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' combined experience in guest services and supervisory experience in hotels or related professional areas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with hotel and restaurant certification preferred.
  • Basic mathematical skills to operate and prepare calculations for financial reporting.
  • Effective analytical skills to evaluate reservations and make informed decisions on room availability or guest resolutions.
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus.
