Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide exceptional support to the executive team by greeting guests, employees, and clients, processing expenses, and scheduling appointments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and direct visitors to their destinations
  • Provide temporary parking badges and assistance
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked kitchen
  • Clean and maintain kitchen facilities, including loading/unloading the dishwasher
  • Schedule office events and luncheons

Required qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

This role is ideal for a reliable, professional, and patient individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
