Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Southeast Idaho area. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, asset management, maintenance, revenue collections, training, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Performance Management: Ensure compliance with ownership goals and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support on-site teams, communicating property objectives and tracking progress.
  • Revenue Collections and Compliance: Oversee revenue collections, legal notices, and eviction processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with compliance teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage property and maintenance staff.
  • Financial Management: Approve accounts payable, purchase orders, and other financial transactions.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to maintain operational standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop annual budgets, prepare financial reports, and communicate with owners.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure enforcement of agency regulations and resident policies.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven ability to manage multiple properties and teams.
  • Financial Expertise: Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Preference given to individuals with 3+ years of experience managing multiple properties and teams of property staff. Experience and/or training in a related field of affordable housing programs (Section 8, HUD, RD, Tax Credit, etc.).
Work Environment and Travel
  • Remote Position: Remote position with up to 50% travel for property inspections and meetings.
