Job Summary

As a Resident Services Coordinator at Waterton, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic, proactive, and high-level service to residents, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing Functions: Present community benefits and amenities to potential residents, process applications, qualify residents according to community guidelines, and prepare leases.
  • Community Information and Customer Service: Provide residents with community information and exceptional customer service.
  • Eviction Processes: Coordinate with the Community Manager and Property Accounts Specialist on eviction processes, working with counsel as needed to ensure desired results.
  • Amenity Management: Identify apartments and record amenities in the property management system.
  • Move-Out Inspections: Inspect move-out conditions to document charges prior to reconciling security deposits or identifying property/renovation programming.
  • Lease Renewal Program: Administer the lease renewal program, completing renewal worksheets, writing and delivering renewal cards, and updating information in the property management system.
  • Repeat Service Requests: Monitor repeat service requests on behalf of residents and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Resident Complaints: Address resident complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions, maintaining a high rate of resident satisfaction.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and communication, both written and verbal.
