Job Description

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resident programs that promote social interaction, education, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to identify and leverage resources that benefit our residents.
  • Provide training and support to community directors and staff on program development and implementation.
  • Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a social services role, with a focus on community outreach and program development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
