Job Description:
NEX Customer Support Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences. As a NEX Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with customers, store personnel, and other business partners to ensure seamless customer service experiences. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with product information and warranty-related matters. About You:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As a NEX Customer Support Specialist, you will be required to maintain accurate records, stay informed about product promotions, and adapt easily to change while working in a 24/7 environment. You must also be able to operate under general supervision and adhere to prescribed telephone and email etiquette scripts.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience in a customer contact center or a related sales environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently within established policies and procedures. Additionally, you must be able to adapt easily to change and work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
