Position Summary
GNC is seeking enthusiastic sales associates who embody the 'Live Well' philosophy and are eager to share their enthusiasm with customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to maximize your earning potential through a competitive base salary and additional earnings via our sales incentive program.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products based on your knowledge.
- Drive sales performance to benefit both the store and your personal financial goals.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets and productivity metrics.
- Collaborate with store management in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines while processing omni-channel orders efficiently.
Store Communication
- Stay informed about product details, promotional offers, and marketing initiatives.
- Enhance your product knowledge by understanding features, advantages, and benefits, while keeping up with the latest in nutrition and wellness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness.
- Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage at the state minimum rate, which is part of GNC's competitive total rewards strategy.
