About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology solutions to businesses with 50-999 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives.
  • Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast sales pipeline.
  • Document and manage multiple sales cycles, sticking with the process through implementation until new business is up and running on the solutions sold.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and clients to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly and professionally.
