Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Member Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our recreation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by greeting members, answering phone calls, and responding to member inquiries.
  • Register members for classes, camps, and activities, and process point-of-sale transactions.
  • Assist with opening and closing facilities, including organizing front desk work areas and reconciling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the facilities team.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
  • May serve as Manager on Duty, responsible for opening and closing facilities, ensuring security protocols are followed, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patrons.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience required; experience in a recreation or fitness setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
