About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Control Flagger to join our team at Vector Talent Solutions. As a key member of our construction support services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our employees and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage construction work zones to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow
  • Operate company trucks and equipment, including loading and unloading materials
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and daily inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success
  • Travel to worksites throughout the Kansas City area to support various projects
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in traffic control or a related field (ATSSA Flagger certification preferred)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands of the job
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a drug screening and background check
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
