Market Engagement:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics, strategic plan, and opportunities, alongside Aspiriant's competitive strengths.
  • Implement the business strategy, which includes participating in regular activities aimed at introducing Aspiriant and establishing connections with prospective clients.
  • Support community and organizational initiatives through personal involvement, such as delivering presentations and providing financial backing for events.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with interested prospects to cultivate and sustain relationships with potential clients and influential contacts.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships continuously while pursuing new opportunities.

Wealth Management Duties:

  • Establish and nurture new wealth management client relationships.
  • Prepare and oversee meeting materials for personal financial planning and ongoing wealth management tasks.
  • Create investment policy statements and other essential tools for wealth planning.
  • Draft initial comprehensive meeting agendas and presentations.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of tailored strategies for clients.
  • Review client tax documents and projections to derive insights and develop tax planning strategies.
  • Summarize client meetings through follow-up emails, clarifying agreements and outlining next steps.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions, ensuring completion of tasks involving internal and external advisors.
  • Respond to client communications promptly, ensuring thoroughness and timeliness in interactions.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in firm-wide and client-specific strategy meetings and educational discussions.
  • Contribute as a member of internal committees and task forces.
  • Participate in the strategic growth and process improvement initiatives of Aspiriant, proposing efficient solutions to identified challenges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications –

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Certified Financial Planner or equivalent designation is mandatory.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in comprehensive personal financial planning, with at least two years managing client engagements.
  • Experience in investment management, including portfolio design and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of commonly used investment vehicles, such as mutual funds and ETFs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong passion for business development and advanced skills in this area.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • A collaborative partner who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively amidst a diverse workload.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Excellent personal and professional references are expected.
