About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Specialist to join our team at Nexus Dynamics. As a key member of our commercial financing team, you will be responsible for managing project financing for real estate projects, communicating with customers, and analyzing complex financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project financing for real estate projects, including community housing, professional investors, and social and operator real estate
- Analyze complex financial data, assess creditworthiness, and conduct annual financial statement analyses
- Evaluate credit risks, create decision templates, and participate in voting and approval processes
- Accompany the disbursement process, monitor contractual agreements, and identify potential risks
- Manage loans and collateral until repayment, ensuring timely processing and early risk detection
Requirements
- University degree or vocational training as a bank clerk with additional qualifications
- Experience with commercial real estate financing, annual financial statement analyses, and credit ratings
- Knowledge of real estate valuation, particularly in the income approach method
- Strong team spirit, reliability, and professionalism
- Assertiveness and a confident, convincing demeanor
