Job Summary:

FPRS Motorsports LLC is seeking an experienced Professional Motorsport Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our racing programs, from event planning to team performance evaluation.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event planning, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage team communication, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with team development, including training and coaching.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of motorsports experience in coordination and operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
