A leading global consumer packaged goods manufacturer is in search of a skilled and proactive Project Lead to contribute to their operations. This hybrid position necessitates in-office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday and provides a unique opportunity to significantly impact innovation, product renovation, sourcing, business continuity, and productivity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Implementation:

  • Formulate detailed project plans, timelines, and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate strategies and goals.

Risk Assessment:

  • Identify potential risks and obstacles early, developing and executing effective strategies to mitigate them.

Communication and Teamwork:

  • Consistently communicate project progress to the Senior Manager of the PMO and other critical stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.

Resource Management:

  • Work closely with resource managers to efficiently allocate and oversee resources necessary for project tasks and deadlines.

Quality Assurance:

  • Guarantee that all project outputs meet established quality benchmarks and comply with best practices.

Change Management:

  • Oversee modifications to project scope, timelines, and specifications, minimizing their effect on project results.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in consumer packaged goods, particularly in the commercialization of food products. A proven track record of successfully leading and executing projects, ideally within the food sector or similar industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing project management tools and software.
