Job Summary

Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our CNS portfolio to primary care and specialty accounts, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and institutional accounts. If you have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a passion for neuroscience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Provide clinical knowledge and support to customers, including product training and education
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy approved services and meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in CNS/neuroscience sales
  • Documented sales performance and national sales awards
  • Experience with product launches and driving results in a challenging market
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
