Neuroscience Account Manager

Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our CNS portfolio to primary care and specialty accounts, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and institutional accounts. If you have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a passion for neuroscience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Provide clinical knowledge and support to customers, including product training and education
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy approved services and meet customer needs
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Previous experience in CNS/neuroscience sales
- Documented sales performance and national sales awards
- Experience with product launches and driving results in a challenging market
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
