Insurance Account Manager

About the Role:
NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a highly organized and self-confident Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for managing the renewal and marketing process, preparing materials for presentations and communications, and developing relationships with clients and carrier contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work proactively to develop relationships with carrier and client contacts
- Prepare and send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and spreadsheets results as they come in
- Take the lead on reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive
- Communicate directly with clients and carriers, with approval from the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive
- Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures
Requirements:
- Associates degree (or equivalent), and BA/BS preferred
- More than 3 years of client service and/or industry and Personal Lines experience
- Demonstrated experience in relevant lines of coverage and managing a book of business
- P&C Insurance License is required upon hire

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $95,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
