About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Milan Laser Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for traveling to our various locations to fill in while our Sales Managers are out of the office. Your primary objective will be to meet one-on-one with clients to answer their laser hair removal questions, help them create their dream treatment package, and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Consultations: Perform in-depth sales consultations with clients to educate them on our laser hair removal services and promote our treatment packages.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have about their treatments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel up to 18 shifts per month, requiring flexibility for weekend coverage and travel to any Milan Laser location.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Location: Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport.
  • Travel: Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule, with a duration of coverage up to 18 overnight stays.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn our sales software.
