About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Management Operations Manager to lead our Sales Operations team at HP Development Company, L.P. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of contract management operations and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of individual contributors, supervisors, and managers across multiple job families.
  • Control a contained budget, with responsibilities for items such as salary increases, bonus payments within certain guidelines, and travel.
  • Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
Requirements
  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in a business-related function, especially in managing operations teams.
  • Typically 2+ years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation forms; strong influence skills.
  • Solid finance skills and ability to budget.
  • Ability to set, measure, and manage team performance.
  • Exceptional financial and business acumen; in-depth business and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, including goal-setting, conflict resolution, performance management, budget planning, problem-solving, valuation, and employee engagement.
