Job Title: Deburr Technician

Marotta Controls, Inc. is seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our team. As a Deburr Technician, you will be responsible for deburring and polishing various types of machined parts. This role requires attention to detail, excellent vision, and hand coordination. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing high-speed deburr tools and other equipment to ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deburr and polish machined parts to meet quality standards
  • Inspect parts using microscopes and other equipment
  • Utilize deburr tools and other equipment to remove sharp edges and burrs
  • Work effectively with shop employees and management to ensure quality and priority requirements are met
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated finishing and/or buffing experience
  • Self-motivated and able to analyze, organize, plan, and multi-task
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a US Citizen
Work Environment:

This role is based in our Montville, NJ office location. You will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fluids, fumes, and airborne particles. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
