Deburr Technician

Marotta Controls, Inc. is seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our team. As a Deburr Technician, you will be responsible for deburring and polishing various types of machined parts. This role requires attention to detail, excellent vision, and hand coordination. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure high-quality products.

• Deburr and polish machined parts using high-speed deburr tools and abrasives.
• Inspect parts using measuring equipment and instruments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Review documentation and inspect material to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Coordinate work flow between work centers and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated finishing and/or buffing experience.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role will be based in our Montville, NJ office location. You will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to fluids, fumes, and airborne particles. You will also interact with colleagues and management to ensure quality and priority requirements are met.

• Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, and move about the facility.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
