About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at ASML US, LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers in the development of cutting-edge lithography machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and development of electrical systems for our lithography machines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, including analog and digital circuit design, power supplies, and high voltage systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
