Fictiv, the pioneering technology company changing the face of the $350 billion manufacturing industry, invites applications for the Head of Targeted Marketing Strategies role. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue and new user acquisition.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales to identify key account lists within our ICP and develop multi-channel outbound and ABM campaigns. You will also manage ABM campaign ad spending and track performance metrics such as win rate, AOV, and pipeline attainment.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel outbound and ABM campaigns, collaborating with sales and stakeholder teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key account lists within our ICP.
  • Deliver quality and quantity of opportunities in collaboration with sales and growth marketing.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure outbound assets are finalized and aligned with launch objectives.
About You:
  • 5+ years of B2B ABM marketing experience.
  • Business degree preferred, CRM/Marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce or Marketo.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience with 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 types of ABM marketing.

Estimated Salary:

$137,000 to $180,000 per year, depending upon experience.
