Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial services, including data entry, copying, and sending correspondence, to ensure the smooth operation of our community.
  • Communication and Reporting: Serve as a liaison between residents, staff, and management, reporting any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist with planning and executing community events, including dining experiences, tours, and other activities.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the confidentiality and discretion required to handle sensitive resident information.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with geriatric residents, with a strong understanding of applicable state regulations.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with others quickly and easily. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other software applications.
