The role will also involve assisting in managing product inventory by adhering to proper food assembly and minimizing waste during shifts.

The Associate will deliver remarkable customer service while upholding all company standards, ensuring that assistance is provided promptly and efficiently to foster a positive company culture.

  • Follow all health regulations
  • Keep the store and dining areas clean
  • Ensure all guest areas are safe and tidy
  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms
  • Prepare food safely and correctly
  • BE ACCURATE: Focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • Minimize waste by correctly assembling food
  • Keep workstations organized and clean
  • Understand Point of Sale responsibilities
  • Be knowledgeable about accepted currencies
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor during transactions
  • Communicate current promotions to guests
  • Stay informed about in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Follow directions from the management team
  • BE SWIFT: Promote repeat business
  • Engage in sampling and promotions
  • Encourage and drive repeat visits
  • Upsell during customer interactions
  • Maintain appropriate product availability
  • Foster a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to move quickly and traverse the workspace
  • Use hands and fingers for handling tools and money
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Dexterity to operate POS systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals
