Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting and recommending beer, wine, and coffee products.
- Contribute to quarterly inventory management and meet sales goals, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beer, wine, and coffee trends, expanding knowledge and expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing Beverage Department, including stocking, facing, and cleaning.
- Accurately process deliveries and invoices, ensuring timely and efficient inventory management.
- Participate in general cleaning and maintenance of the sales area, floor, and equipment, upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the beverage industry, with a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and coffee.
- Ordering and merchandising experience is a plus, as is open availability for evenings and weekends.
