This position involves customer service interactions, reports, and repairs, with a focus on strengthening customer relations and maximizing retention and service revenue potential from our installed base.
The Service Manager will achieve sales goals, plan and control the daily workload of the Service Technicians, and provide technical support to the Service Technicians and customers.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, overseeing and improving daily administrative routines, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Business or a technical field, 5-7 years of directly relevant experience, and excellent organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
