We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Program Manager / Director to lead assigned customer projects, ensuring project goals are met, customers' expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. The candidate will lead 1 or multiple projects related to Cloud, Network Management (ENM), and Network Functions (EPC, IMS, HSS, HLR, CUDB, EDA). This role will be predominantly focused on working toward Network Operators in Middle East & Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish the project plan baseline, define the project scope, secure vital resources, and plan & supervise all activities.
  • Manage project execution, tracking project activities, supervising, and handling changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
  • Handle customer and partner engagement; build customer relationships, confidence, and trust, ensuring project progress is communicated and arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Manage Project Financials (cost and profit as well as the balance sheet).
  • Develop the business, participating in contract preparation and in pre-sales meetings.
  • Develop the Customer Manager Field: Simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.
  • Pre-Sales with concentration on customer negotiations and contract fulfillment.

As a successful candidate, you will bring:

  • Project Management background along with a Prince 2 / PMI certification.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar Project Management role focusing on Cloud, Network Management (ENM), and Network Functions (EPC, IMS, HSS, HLR, CUDB, EDA).
  • Leadership with good financial acumen and analytical mentality, with a good business understanding.
  • Consultative approach with extensive market and customer insight.
  • A confident negotiator with good influencing abilities.
