Role Summary: As an Event Support Specialist at Eximius Associates, you will be instrumental in facilitating our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of events, and delivering outstanding service to our clients and attendees. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and a strong collaborator, prepared to undertake various responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and dismantling of events, ensuring all aspects align with company standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Work closely with colleagues to guarantee efficient operations and smooth service delivery.
  • Manage diverse tasks such as food and beverage service, seating arrangements, and guest support as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation in all areas, including event venues, workstations, and storage spaces.
  • Support inventory management by replenishing supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages.
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, record-keeping, and event coordination.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Be flexible to take on various roles as needed, from welcoming guests to aiding with technical setups.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event assistance is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team setting.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
