Business Growth Specialist

Frank Gay Commercial Services is offering a unique chance for experienced professionals to trade up and join our dynamic outside sales team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales, preferably in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical sectors, and will be able to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects.
Responsibilities and RequirementsThis role involves:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and business development efforts
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 2+ years of proven outside sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the commercial sales sector, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects
- Competitive base salary of $42,000 per annum, plus commission and bonuses
