About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Inside Sales Manager with 3+ years of phone-based sales experience and supervisory skills. The role involves managing vendor partnerships, personal sales, and team coaching in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients to drive business growth.
- Sales growth: Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Training: Providing coaching and guidance to team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Team motivation: Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages team members to reach their full potential.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Innate leadership ability: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Technical device proficiency: Proficiency in using technical devices and software to manage sales data and communicate with vendors and clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent: A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
