About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Real Estate Management Team. The successful candidate will assist with tenant and/or vendor customer service, perform a wide range of administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and vendors
  • Perform administrative tasks, including phone support, correspondence, expense reporting, and calendar management
  • Maintain accurate records, including tenant and vendor files, insurance certificates, and lease abstracts
  • Assist with budget preparation, including researching costs and obtaining bids
  • Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable, and code invoices for payment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three years of related experience or training
  • Previous administrative experience or commercial real estate experience is preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
