Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Tax Credit Specialist. This role involves working with Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to ensure property capacity is full, while also providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate tenant recertification in accordance with program requirements
  • Coordinate eligibility reviews and intake process with eligible applicants
  • Work with residents to inform them of upcoming recertification
  • Review all application and certification paperwork for compliance
  • Submit information to outside vendors and third parties for approval
  • Schedule final interviews and execute necessary recertification paperwork
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to maintain occupancy standards

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or higher is required
  • Prior experience within the real estate industry with knowledge and experience with tax credit properties
  • Certifications are a plus

Working Situation:

  • This will be an in-office position.
