Sales Account Executive

About the Role:
This Sales Account Executive position is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expand our presence in Northern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the Appliance/Builder trade, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute specific growth strategies for sales, margin, and market share
- Plan and measure the growth and improvement of the territory by selling more profitable goods and builder contracts
- Foster strong relationships with targeted Contract customers in the assigned market(s)
- Maintain displays as necessary for effective merchandising
- Support New Product Innovations (NPI) by displaying and Training on new product offerings in high volume showroom displays
Requirements:
- Four Year College Degree required
- 5 + years of Sales experience required
- Working knowledge of the Appliance/ Builder trade experience
- Strong merchandising experience and proven sales and closing skills, with competence selling appliances to builder markets
Salary:
The anticipated base salary range scale for candidates is $66,000 to $84,000 per year/per hour, plus commission earnings ranging from $44,000 to $56,000 annually.
