DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. While you may not be directly involved in fieldwork, your contributions will provide valuable insights into our financial status. You will utilize QuickBooks and other financial tools to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, perform job costing, and ensure timely payroll processing. Under the guidance of the CFO, you will create essential support schedules to present accurate financial reports. You will collaborate with a team of motivated professionals, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth. Each day will bring new learning experiences, and your efforts will significantly contribute to our success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Familiar with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Microsoft Teams
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience
