Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Thermacell Repellents, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with and inform our business objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and refine global brand guidelines, including positioning, design, and strategy.
  • Lead the creation of creative brand assets, such as communications hierarchy, advertising content, e-commerce content, and packaging design.
  • Cultivate a culture of brand love, activation of consumer insights, and protection of distinctive assets.
  • Analyze consumer usage, competitive data, and category insights to design and optimize the winning brand marketing approach.
  • Apply deep knowledge of consumer product branding to build brand equity and drive brand storytelling.
  • Translate the brand strategy into crisp opportunities to optimize retail presence and merchandising efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales Teams to design pricing strategies that reflect brand positioning, competitive positioning, market dynamics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the Thermacell brand creative strategy and bring that strategy to life in an integrated marketing plan.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience with consumer product brands, ideally in seasonal or regulated industries.
  • Preference for global experience, especially in Canada and European markets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign development.
  • Breadth of proven experience across key branded consumer touchpoints, including packaging, in-store signage, advertising creative, and brand communications.
  • Excellent annual and seasonal brand marketing strategy development experience with a proven track record of driving strong business results.
  • Has the exceptional ability to articulate new ideas, create compelling stories, and translate data/trends into actionable insights and persuasive activation ideas.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills and ability to form inspiring, effective partnerships across global, cross-functional, and external agency teams.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred but not required.
