Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean residents' rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
  • Empty wastebaskets and replace bags.
  • Dusting and polishing all surfaces.
  • Cleaning carpets, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting.
  • Maintaining housekeeping carts in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • The ability to maintain a clean and neat environment is required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning practices and substances is required.
  • The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is required.
Working Conditions

The Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently lifting, bending, stretching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. The ability to use cleaning equipment, such as mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, buffers, and chemicals, in a safe manner is required.
