- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare, or Business Administration
- Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification
- Experience working with patient claims and risk management issues
