Position Summary:
The Analyst III role focuses on providing critical logistic and management support for security cooperation initiatives. This position is integral to the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Performance Management Team, which plays a vital role in evaluating enterprise-wide portfolio performance and offering strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Department of the Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) in conducting assessments related to security cooperation and foreign military sales.
  • Analyze data related to the development and execution of foreign military sales cases, identifying key performance indicators and making informed recommendations.
  • Evaluate critical paths in FMS case development, assess trends, and provide data-driven insights for process improvements.
  • Regularly review overall case and program statuses, delivering advice on progress and timelines.
  • Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations for formal case reviews and strategic meetings.
  • Utilize various information management systems to support case management analysis and lifecycle metrics.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. An additional four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

Experience:
A minimum of four years of direct experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is required, with at least two years in related professional roles within security assistance and international cooperative programs.

Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements:
Must possess a Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship is required for access to certain data systems.
