We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance preferred.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
