  • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
  • 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous people management/leadership experience
  • Previous work experience with Walgreens

Salary Range: $22.50 - $31.00 per hour
