Sales Leadership Position

Mersino Dewatering LLC is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead our national account sales efforts.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, talent development, and customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in major national accounts
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Represent Mersino Dewatering LLC at industry events to build brand awareness
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in construction equipment or related industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Travel required up to 60% of the time
