Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and direct compliance risk oversight of Capital Markets business units, including electronic communication surveillance, control room surveillance, and sales and trading surveillance.
  • Detect issues of regulatory concern and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance programs and risk management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and regulatory bodies.
